I’m a published author, historian, genealogist, musician and mental health advocate. I had a very successful career in the music industry for around 10 years and walked away to pursue helping others.
I have lived with major anxiety issues, and depression for over 20 years. I have lived with PTSD and Agoraphobia for the last 10 years.
There is next to no real support for people like me, and there are a lot of us who need support.
That’s why I am starting an organization to spread the word about Mental Health awareness.
To help people who suffer, feel normal and to help people who don’t understand get more information.
I have a daughter who will be 5 next month, she’s my whole world.
I’m a Christian, my relationship with Jesus is extremely important to me and a huge part of how I have survived everything in life.
I stay politically neutral.
I was raised around women and have always considered myself to be a feminist in the real meaning of the word.
I believe in equality.
Sadly people today have warped and perverted the word “feminist” and made it about making men lower than women and destroying men, that’s not equality.
I own over 900 books and have a huge collection of movie and tv props and memorabilia.
I have 4 rules to life that I have followed since I was 8 years old and have never broken.
